Principal Tiffani Byers

I have dedicated my career to education since 2007 and have had the opportunity to serve students, families, and educators in a variety of roles throughout Cincinnati Public Schools. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every child can achieve greatness when provided with high-quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and a supportive learning 

As a PK–8 Spanish magnet school, LEAP Academy offers students unique opportunities to develop bilingual skills while engaging in a rigorous environment. We believe that every child has unlimited potential and deserves access to a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to ensure that each student is challenged, encouraged, and celebrated as they grow into confident learners and leaders.

We recognize that education is most successful when schools and families work together. We value our partnership with parents, guardians, and community members and encourage open communication and active involvement in our school. Together, we can ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential.

Our mission is not only to educate students but also to inspire them to dream big, work hard, and believe in themselves.
